The £9.5m nine-storey hotel will comprise 192 guestrooms, taking a sixty-week building programme to complete.

We firmly believe in delivering solutions for our clients over the long term and are obviously delighted to be back working with them again.”
 
A new public square will also form part of the works package, which will be overlooked by the new development. The scheme is situated in the vibrant Northern Quarter of Manchester and is part of the Smithfield regeneration area, formerly the site of the wholesale food markets that has seen significant investment in recent years.
 
The structure will feature a precast re-finished concrete frame over transfer slab, with a variety of external façade finishes. Each of the rooms will also be fitted out with pre-fabricated bathroom pods.
