Set to open in 2012, the 400-room hotel will occupy the top floors of a 42-storey tower in the Park Huaming Business Centre in Moscow – a new major multi-purpose development next to the Russian Botanic Garden in the Northeast District of the city. The property is located on Vilgelma Pika Street, only 10 kilometres from Red Square and 25 kilometres from the international airport.

The hotel guestrooms will be a minimum size of 40 square metres and each room will have either a view of the Chinese landscapes, or of the Russian Botanic Garden. Diverse dining outlets will include a Chinese and Russian restaurant, while a 1,200-square-metre grand ballroom, a 700-square-metre auditorium and a wide range of function rooms suitable for small and large events, will cater to Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions guests. Recreational facilities will include an indoor swimming pool and a health club.

The Park Huaming Business Centre will include an office tower, serviced apartments, an exhibition hall, a Chinese garden with pavilions, as well as restaurants and retail outlets.
