CTO Lighting shines at Decorex

30 September 2010 11:00 GMT

London-based CTO Lighting showcased its latest handcrafted wall, floor, pendant and table lights for commercial and residential spaces at this year’s Decorex.

For over 13 years, CTO Lighting has been working alongside leading interior designers such as Philippe Starck, Barbara Barry and David Collins as well as rising stars Gitta Gschwendtner and Richard Shed to continually redefine the scale and boundaries of modern decorative lighting for their bespoke projects and stock collections. Every piece is carefully assembled in the UK, using the finest materials to deliver refined beauty and durability.

Eye-catching pendants include a modern take on a glittery chandelier with the stunning Solaris; the Rollo Cluster comprising up to 19 asymmetrical brass and bronze handcrafted shades with halogen spots that cast a gold, warm light; the minimalist Mobilis uplighter particularly suited to low ceilings; a faux-marble shade Longlight and the striking shimmery Ribbon – a halogen uplighter of organic form.

Other new wall lights include the capsule-shaped Ring with halogen fittings that shine brightly from within, the ultra-modern Abstract piece that can be used individually or as part of a group, and the Art Deco-inspired Crescent with a faux-marble shade.

CTO Lighting is currently working with Anouska Hempel and Candy and Candy on prestigious bespoke projects in Central London. Their tailor-made sculptural pieces also feature in The Savoy Grill and The Dorchester.
